DATA PROCESSING

MaxiClean collects personal data provided by the client via an online survey or a paper survey primarily for administrative purposes, as well as to conduct information or promotional activities regarding the services offered by MaxiClean Titres-Services.

Collected Personal Data
In the context of executing the agreement binding the parties, the client may be required to provide the following personal data – this list is exhaustive: (i) Their first and last names, (ii) their home address and email address, (iii) their date of birth, (iv) a copy of their identity card, (v) their IP address, (vi) their country of residence, (vii) bank account, their Pluxee customer number, etc.
The recipients or categories of recipients of this personal data are MaxiClean, the National Social Security Office (ONSS), the social secretariat, the tax administration, and various control or inspection bodies.

Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is MAXICLEAN TITRES-SERVICES itself. If you have any questions regarding access, modification, or deletion of your personal data, the client is invited to contact the company’s Data Protection Officer using the following email address: dpo@maxiclean.be.
“Processing” refers to “any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, as well as blocking, erasure, or destruction of personal data.”

Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Data
MAXICLEAN collects and uses some of the Client’s Personal Data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), and particularly for the purpose of:

  • Complying with its legal obligations, particularly in accounting and invoicing;
  • Fulfilling its contractual obligations, particularly in after-sales service, delivery, and product review;
  • Informing the beneficiary of special offers on the products and services of the service company;
  • Ensuring compliance with the Law.

 

Confidentiality and Possibility of Modification/Rectification/Erasure of the Beneficiary’s Data
MAXICLEAN guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided by the client within the framework of the agreement binding the parties.
MAXICLEAN does not sell the personal data of its clients and is committed to ensuring their protection by doing everything possible to prevent misuse, misappropriation, theft, or fraudulent exploitation. If the client believes or has reason to believe that their data is not secure, we urge them to contact MaxiClean immediately.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation applicable to the processing of personal data, the client may at any time consult, rectify, or delete the personal data they have provided by sending an email to the address indicated above.

Data Retention
Data will be retained as follows:

  • Accounting-related documents: 7 years
  • Tax-related documents: 10 years
  • For other data, MAXICLEAN commits to not retaining the client’s data longer than necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. The data will then be securely erased or anonymized.
    The data provided by the client to MAXICLEAN is stored in the form of paper files and/or electronic files, under the responsibility of MaxiClean, which takes all necessary measures to ensure their security.

Informed Consent
The client expressly agrees to the collection and processing of personal data carried out by MaxiClean in accordance with these general conditions and the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
